No transportation expenses will be paid. Except the final interview, it is possible to participate in the briefing and selection using the online site ZOOM.

Assignment after joining the company

A.

Assignment can be roughly divided into bus assignment or taxi assignment, but if you tell us your desired assignment before joining the company, we will consider suitability, but it is possible to assign. If you want to experience both, let's decide after consulting with the recruiting staff.

How are placements determined?

New employee training will be conducted for about 6 months after joining the company. One month of business etiquette training and on-site training. After that, you will spend 5 months at your assigned department, where you will learn about the business in depth while assisting in operation management, driving training in a company car, and working as a conductor for special needs school buses.

I want to learn more about the training after joining the company.

The relationship between employees is harmonious. Even if you have a problem at work, there are many new graduates enrolled, so it is an environment where you can consult various things. In addition, there are circles for softball, tennis, table tennis, etc., and you can interact with many employees beyond the framework of the workplace.

What is the atmosphere like at your company?

I am considering living alone, but do you have a company dormitory?

We will pay the full amount. There is no obligation to repay the license fee.
