What is the atmosphere like in the company? What kind of people are there?

p01_b.png

Saito

I have a strong habit, rich in characteris not it. I feel that the people around me have strong personalities.

p05_b.png

Shimura

insanely kindis. They help me, and when I'm in trouble, they ask me, "Are you okay?"

p02_b.png

Takano

Kind, of coursecaringImpression. At the site, they teach me every step of the way, and if I'm in trouble, they come to me. If you ask a question, you will get more answers than you can imagine. It's reliable because there is a professional on the road.

Hanagaki-chan also got a junior and became a senior~. In the same way, I wish I could be kind to my juniors.

Please tell us how you got into the company.

I want to be a sightseeing taxi driverI joined the company. I learned about the job at a joint information session. Even though it's in the transportation industry, there's a poster that says "sightseeing". As I listened to the stories at the information session, I thought that this was the type of tourism and travel I wanted.

p02_b.png

Takano

When I was studying travel at university,Welfare volunteers and part-time workersdoing I was greedy, but I was looking for both. I had a hard time finding one, but I met Mr. Miyagawa, who was in charge of recruiting, at a Hitachi information session, and after listening to what the tour conductor had to say, I thought I'd like to try it. Originally, I was not interested in the transportation industry, but I was fascinated by the possibility of making use of welfare transportation technology. As for tourism, I am involved in things like school trips at special needs schools, so in the end I feel like I am able to do both things that I wanted to do.

p03_b.png

Iwanted to drive a busI don't know. Buses can also be used for route buses, and I felt that I could go to various places if I wanted. It is attractive that there are many options for placement, including taxis. Do you think you can try various things?

P04_B.png

Miyagawa

Thank you for joining us. (laughs) Did you want to be a bus driver when you were little?

p03_b.png

flower fence

no. I went to a railway school, so at first I was studying railways. When I was trying to broaden my horizons when looking for a job, I began to think that there were various options, such as buses. I started to think that I would like to try driving a big car if I had the chance.

p01_b.png

Saito

I first studied tourism at a vocational school, but I actually had no sense of direction. I had a hard time on the train, and even when I was looking for a job, I couldn't reach my destination. However, the bus will deliver you to your destination. I wondered if there were other people who were in trouble like me. After that, I got a job called "sightseeing bus", and it feels like I've seen a lot of things. At Hitachi,You can do various things such as sales other than sightseeing busesI knew that, so I decided to decide what to do after joining the company.

P04_B.png

Miyagawa

I see, that's how it happened. I knew it for the first time.

p01_b.png

Saito

Anyway, I have no sense of direction. Of course, the train goes in the opposite direction (laughs).

session01_8.jpg

Please tell us about your actual work and what you find rewarding.

p02_b.png

Takano

I am now,Tour guide and instructor of special support school school busI work as Recently, I have been involved in everything from the field to education. I like children, but there are many things I don't understand, such as the way I interact with them and the need for consideration, and I made a lot of mistakes at first. Taking advantage of such experiences, I try to convey what I have learned, what I have learned from others, and what I am learning now so that even beginners can do it. When I see people grow, I realize that I'm glad I did it. of course, children greet me with a smileI am also happy.

P04_B.png

Miyagawa

There were also failures. What was the hardest thing?

p02_b.png

Takano

It's surprisingly easy to make people laugh. The difficult thing is how to deal with them when they are angry. Speaking of failures, I think of things like forgetting things. To prevent it, to make you smile, or in your own wayI would be happy if I could find the answer after thinking it throughis not it. I feel that it is difficult to know how far I can go against my opponent.

p03_b.png

I am currently working as a tour guide for a welfare facility shuttle bus. Even with the same tour guide, there are people with physical disabilities, and there are people with mental disorders. The older ones are in their 50s and 60s, while the younger ones have just graduated from high school. In particular, the elderly people have more life experience than I do, so I'm going through trial and error about how to be considerate and what I don't want them to say. The challenge is"Thank you" and smileI'm really happy when you say so and laugh.

P04_B.png

Miyagawa

amazing. Great, isn't it? A tour conductor who can bring out a smile. You're getting stronger by absorbing various things from your seniors.

p01_b.png

Saito

I have been working as a school bus tour conductor since joining the company. For the first three months, I went to various places, and at that time, I think it was just fun. Because there are different students every day. Now, although it's not like I'm responsible, I'm deeply aware of the amount of work I've done alone, things I've left behind, and the greatness of the previous tour conductor. These days, you often find yourself struggling rather than having fun. However, because I have been watching the same students for a long time, there are parts that make me enjoy talking to them. It's also nice to hear from tour conductors and drivers that I haven't seen in a long time.

P04_B.png

Miyagawa

Oh yeah, I get asked about Mai-chan. "That little girl." I told her, "I'm Saito Mai-chan."

p01_b.png

Saito

Oh, that's why! "Oh Saito Mai-chan"with full namePlease call me. Sometimes the driver will shout out, "How are you?" or "Good morning!"

p05_b.png

I belong to the taxi department, so I work with the office staff on business plus, which is shared by new graduates, and on phone calls and invoices for sightseeing taxis. As an ambassador for Benefit One, which is a welfare program, I am involved in projects such as picking up the main feature of the month so that people in the company can use it. Also,Sightseeing taxi planningIt is also one of my jobs to consider with the deputy manager and chief and release it to the world.

P04_B.png

Great from the first year!

Self-satisfaction is not enough for tourism planningI felt it. If you are a student, it may not be practical, but if you are a working adult, you will have customers use it, so it is most important and difficult to think from the other person's point of view so that it is easy for others to understand. . As a rewarding experience, recently I have been assigned to be a driver for pick-up and drop-off, and I can think of visiting the sales office with the chief. If you meet them even once, you will know the atmosphere of the hotel or concierge where you call them for sightseeing. Also, although it took a lot of time, I'm glad that the sightseeing plan I planned was posted on the company's website.

How do you spend your days off and after work?

p03_b.png

flower fence

On weekdays, I usually go straight home after work, but I try to go out on weekends. Nowadaysoften driveis not it. When I was on the train, I used to go to Tokyo a lot, but after I got my driver's license, I started to go out by car. My hobbies have increased, so I think I'm glad I got my license.

p02_b.png

Takano

Shall we all go for a drive? Sounds like fun~

P04_B.png

Miyagawa

nice~! let's go! (lol)

p01_b.png

Saito

I also sleep on weekdays anyway. On my days off, I play with my friends, or with my classmates and seniors.wachawacha. The moment I got my salary, I got a voice saying "OK, let's go". (laughs) 7th gen, 8th gen etc.

p03_b.png

I eat and sleep on weekdays. The day before my day off, I go out to eat, and on my days off, I usually go out to play. like a museum.National Science Museum or Shitamachi MuseumI like going to places like that. It feels like I was interested in looking into it for tourism work.

p01_b.png

great! You've grown up!

I'm off tomorrow, so I thought I'd go to the Hasegawa Machiko Museum. It looks like you can get Sazae-san's headband. I'll put it on when I get it. (lol)

p02_b.png

I do housework on weekdays so that I can play on weekends. When you're tired, focus on resting. Before the holidays, I go on a trip from Friday and live alone, so on weekendsGo home and interact with dogsdoing.

Takano

Tell us about your future goals and career plans!

p03_b.png

final goal isChallenge the sightseeing busIt is to do. There are various fixed-route buses, so I want to be able to move as soon as I am told to go. I'm a person who can't work at all, so I think I have to do more than others, and I have to learn. It would be nice if I could absorb the escort duties and become almighty...

P04_B.png

Miyagawa

You can! ! I don't have a girl as a sightseeing driver right now, so it's a challenge!

p01_b.png

Saito

My near goal is the course I am currently on,Establish your own image of a tour conductorIs that what you mean? My goal is to become like an older sister who is close to everyone. I can't answer everything, but I can talk about a lot of familiar things, and I can do a lot of work while being an older sister. As a future goal,i like interacting with peopleAnd since I can talk to people I don't know, I'd like to use that strength to do something like public relations.

p02_b.png

Takano

So far, I have learned the basics of a tour conductor in a fixed course in the first year, experienced various courses in the second year, and educated in the third year, stepping up little by little. I also like learning on my own, so I go back to basics, study at the library, buy what I think is good, make materials for workshops, and work while thinking about how I can listen.I want you to nurture juniors and grow up more and moreSo please be almighty and follow the tour conductor.

First of all, I joined this company to become a sightseeing taxi driver, so I want to make that dream come true. And a dream to experience the field and ride a black taku. In DecemberStudying to take the Tokyo City Guide TestI'm doing it, but my current state of mind is to pass it first and then move forward one year at a time.

The other is, through tourism planning, billing, telephone correspondence, etc., various customers, such as customers in wheelchairs, customers from rural areas with inquiries about roads, overseas customers, etc. I have an inquiry, so I'd like to snuggle up to those people. I personally want to combine welfare and tourism, and I'm planning to make it easy for people in wheelchairs to get on and off. Also, study more sightseeing planning,I want to expand the range of proposals for various customersis. I'm planning to work as an office worker for another year, so I'd like to make a proposal that utilizes that experience in a different way for tourism.
