STORY 01
Career after entering the company
This spring will mark my 4th year with the company. I had a desk job for the first two and a half years, but last year I got a class 2 license and made my debut as a taxi driver. At first, I had the impression that customers would get angry at me and that it would be a tough job, but when I actually started, I was able to learn the road, meet various customers, and have a lot more fun than I imagined.
STORY 02
A memorable episode
The other day, when an elderly customer was on board. She had a lot of luggage with her, so I was very happy when I was able to help get on and off. Many elderly customers are concerned about the time it takes to get on and off, but in my case, there is no need to rush or worry about it. It was an event that made me realize again that what I thought and what I was doing was right.
STORY 03
What is a transport concierge for me?
No matter what kind of customer you are dealing with, we strive to provide service that stands in the other person's position. This means making sure that the customer's hands are not occupied with their luggage, and valuing momentary interaction and having a comfortable time, even if the customer is paying the basic fare. As a driver, I would like to be like the "entrance of hospitality" for Hitachi Automobile Transportation.
