STORY 01
the presence of a younger brother
In fact, my brother, who has an intellectual disability, used to use the school bus, so I joined the company with the desire to help people who have difficulty getting around. I had no plan for job hunting, but in the process of participating in various company information sessions, I encountered Hitachi Automobile Transportation. "Speaking of which, this is the school bus company my brother used to ride," he realized. I didn't know it at the time, but it was fate that I was able to connect for the first time through job hunting, so I decided to join the company.
STORY 02
rewarding work
When a parent or helper comes to pick students up and says, “Thank you for everything,” or “Did you gain some weight, Suzuki-san?”, I feel glad to be recognized. I am happiest when I am able to enjoy my work. Also, at the end of the school year, when a student said, "Thank you for the past year," I was a little overwhelmed. I once again thought that I was glad that I was in charge of that course.
STORY 03
What is transport concierge for me?
I believe it's a specialist who can provide joy to all customers who use it as a means of transportation. These days, a lot of communication is through masks, making it difficult to read what the other person is thinking and feeling. Even so, I try to make the students who rides everyday and parents feel at ease and say "Thank you" and "Please take care of my kids".
