STORY 01
From the beginning of the company to the present
I was interested in tourism, so I was looking at travel agencies, etc., but the most obvious thing in my job hunting was a sightseeing taxi in the transportation industry. After working as a office worker for a year and a half, I acquired a class 2 license and made my debut. Four months after I started working as a taxi driver, I received a call from the new graduate recruitment team. Although it was a short period of time, I was able to tell the students what I had experienced, and when they decided to join the company because of that experience, I felt that my on-site experience was useful and made me happy.
STORY 02
My definition of concierge
I believe that the job of a recruitment concierge is to listen to the thoughts of students. Through job hunting, you have various anxieties, troubles, and worries. At our briefings and round-table discussions, we have opportunities to hear various stories, so we try to be as close to the students' feelings as possible and try to eliminate their concerns and worries. For example, for those who are worried about living alone or driving, we collect the experiences of seniors in questionnaires and tell them later.
STORY 03
Message to students
I think that students who are job hunting will experience many things that are uneasy, difficult, and painful. In such a case, please share your thoughts with your friends, family, and recruiters like us at companies. At our company, we will continue to strive to be close to everyone's feelings, not from the perspective of hiring, but from the perspective of students as much as possible.
